My yoga journey started in 1990 in Los Angeles, where I enjoyed the endless variety of yoga styles, studios and teachers that the city had to offer. I have trained extensively with Ana Forrest and was certified in 1997 to teach Forrest Yoga, and through the years have done several trainings with Ana and her Guardian Teachers. I also completed Teacher Training with the wise and wonderful Erich Schiffmann in 2011.
My sincere hope is to tune each student in to the deep wisdom that is their own inner teacher, while offering some solid practical teaching skills.
