We truly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, flexibility level, age, body type, or injuries. If you are wondering which class is right for you, and this page does not give you the information you need, please call or stop by the studio and talk to one of us.  Relax Deeply Sun 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
 Gentle Yoga Wed 9:00 am – 10:15 am
 Gentle Yoga Sun 10:00 am – 11:15 am

Are new to yoga but are able bodied and active and want a more challenging first class:

Forrest Yoga Tue, Thu 7:30 am – 8:50 am
Forrest Yoga Wed 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Forrest Yoga Sat 9:00 am – 10:25 am
Vinyasa & Alignment Tue, Thu 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Prenatal Yoga – $15 Wed 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm

Work 9 – 5:

  • Early morning classes Tuesdays & Thursday from 7:30 – 8:45 a.m.
  • Evening classes every weekday starting at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m

Kids Yoga Ages 4-12 Wed 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Many of our regular teachers are happy to have kids in their classes; check with the teacher if your child wants to practice with you.
