Staying Healthy through the Wet and Cold

This workshop will cover dietary and lifestyle choices that create a strong immune system during wintertime. We will cover Ayurvedic constitution and how to support each dosha for overall vitality. There will be food lists, a sample 3 day meal plan for each dosha and self-care recipes. We will also sample herbal scrubs, nourishing tea, medicated oil and herbal superfood vitality balls.
Amy Aiello is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Ayurvedic Practitioner. She integrates Eastern healing practices into our modern lifestyle, creating an assessable user-friendly approach to health. Amy Aiello has over 15 years of experience working with natural medicine. She passionately applies this experience with assisting others into living a life filled with balance and vitality.
