Inner Asana: Aligning with Our Highest Potential – May 7
May 7 @ 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Whenever we step on the mat, we practice aligning our outer posture. But how can we practice alignment on the inside? How can we increase our inner ease, strength, and flexibility? In this class, we will draw on the teachings of a seminal text on Yoga philosophy that is based on the idea that our thoughts and intentions shape reality. Join us for an afternoon of yogic practice designed to unleash the full power of yoga’s potential to transform our heart, mind, and life.
Sunday, May 7 – 12:30-4:30pm – $45 (or $40 if registered by May 1st)
