Sauna
Yes, we have a sauna!!

Our dream would not be complete without a hot, dry sauna
And yes, the sauna is available to use before or after class
and is included in the price of yoga.
Unlimited Passes include use of the sauna anytime,
whether or not you are taking a class.
Because this is a community sauna, we have a few requests to make sure your
sweat is a good one. Please observe the following considerations:
- Bathing suit or yoga clothes are required.
Towel-only is not appropriate sauna wear. - Please bring a towel to sit on.
We do not have towels at the studio. - Feel free to talk and laugh with your fellow sauna-ers,
but be aware that some people may wish to observe silence.
Please respect their desire for staying internal.
