Skills and approaches learned through the focused practice of yoga can be incredibly helpful throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. This gentle and deep class uses breath, sound, and movement to maintain comfort and health during pregnancy and help prepare your body, mind, and spirit to welcome your baby into the world. Jodie DiMinno is a 500-hour certified Kripalu Yoga instructor and Doula. She specializes in prenatal and restorative yoga, offering classes appropriate for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Through the practice of yoga, Jodie discovered a deep sense of peace and grace within; it is one of her greatest joys to share this gift with others. She’s also inspired to share her knowledge and to offer loving support to pregnant women so that they and their families may experience pregnancy & birth as magical and deeply transformative events.
