Divine Integration: Restorative workshop with live sound healing
with Jodie DiMinno, Shemaia Lucas and others

Sunday, March 25th
1:00 - 3:30 pm
$25 by March 18th / $30 there after

How often do you pause, simply to feel? This class encourages us to take some time to slow down and experience ourselves more deeply. We’ll explore breath, gentle movements, and stillness, accompanied by relaxing live music with Shemaia and friends to help us fully receive the benefits of the practice. If you're moving toward completing the Om Shala's "Yoga Challenge," or if you've never done yoga before, this workshop can help you uncover layers of physical and emotional tension, then address them with a soft and open heart.

Jodie DiMinno is a 500hr. certified Kripalu Yoga teacher who believes that yoga is a path to self-acceptance, and acceptance is the first step toward change. She is passionate about relaxation and restoration, and profoundly grateful to share these gifts with others.

Shemaia has a longtime yoga practice spanning over three decades. In 2002 she discovered Anusara and has been training with founder John Friend and many of his senior teachers. She offers a strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics as well as the deeper aspects of the yogic traditions, philosophy and devotional practices. You may also find her leading kirtans or sound healing events.
