Yoga is an excellent way to prepare the mind, body and spirit for the many transitions of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood. In this workshop, you will learn breath awareness, partner yoga poses, and basic massage techniques to ease discomfort associated with the labor and birthing process. These approaches will give you the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, your partner, and your baby. Doulas welcome.
