This class is for mothers at least 6 weeks postpartum and their pre-crawling babies. We’ll focus on toning the pelvic floor, reclaiming core strength, and soothing the nervous system. The class will consist of breath, simple yoga postures and movements including the babies, and restorative poses. This is a wonderful way to get yourself out of the house to meet other new mothers and create new and lasting friendships! Class meets 4 times.
